DESCRIPTION:Since SBANT cannot host an in-person Education Day this year due to Covid, we are inviting you to attend SBA’s Virtual Education Day on March 13, 2021 beginning at 12:00pm.  SBANT will be providing scholarships for our adults to attend if you cannot afford to do so.  Please contact Robin Lee ( mailto:  rlee@spinabifidant.org ) for scholarship information.\nREGISTRATION AND INFORMATION HERE\nThe Spina Bifida Association invites you to the 2021 Education Day for Adults with Spina Bifida\nLifelong Transition: Health Care and Preparation\nThis event will be presented by specialists in adult Spina Bifida care at the University of Pittsburgh Adult Spina Bifida Clinic, the Penn State Health Spina Bifida Clinic, members of Living with Spina Bifida in Central Pennsylvania, and the Spina Bifida Association.\nThis live, virtual educational event is designed to address topics of importance to adults with Spina Bifida. Presentations have time for Q&A with the speakers and panelists. Topics will include:\n\n\nMen’s sexual health\n\n\nWomen’s health\n\n\nIndependent living\n\n\nManaging challenges with insurance and making the most of your coverage\n\n\nMental health in the context of health challenges\n\n\nFinancial planning for your future\n\n\nThe day will be split into topics that are relevant to adults ages 18-39, and topics that are relevant to ages 40 and above.\nPlease select your ticket according to the age group you would like to learn more about.
